PVC & Lead Free
Fabrics containing PVC and lead can not only emit carcinogens in the home, the manufacturing process is also 'dirty' as toxic and carcinogenic components are required for manufacture. PVC and lead free fabrics are better for you and the environment.

Blind Dimension Requirements
For Standard Chain Operated Roman Blinds. Available in standard (sewn pockets) or back batten depending on fabric option.

Maximum Width: 3050mm
Minimum Height: 650mm
Maximum Height: 3000mm
Maximum finished sizes are dependent on the width of the fabric.
Roman blinds are NOT recommended as a RECESS fit. Over time the fabric drops. The bottom of the blind will rest on the window ledge. Reaching behind the blind to lift and lower the blind damages the edge of the blind. The action of pulling cords, raising and lowering blinds, freys the edge of the fabric. A Roman blind has a pronounced square finish, which will expose all the imperfections of the window. Light gaps around blind reduce the blockout effect and create a "halo" effect.

Care & Maintenance
Surface dust should be removed with a duster or soft cloth. Fabric may be wiped with a damp sponge and dried with a clean cloth. Never use abrasive products or solvents / industrial-based cleaners.

In general, roman blinds are more expensive than roller blinds, but are usually cheaper than plantation shutters and can be cheaper than curtains.

Roman blinds aren't the best choice for sliding doors . This due to them not having the ability to slide across a track and must be raised vertically.
It is possible to install them above sliding doors as long as there is enough clearance for the blind to be raised completely clear of the door opening.

Roman Blinds should not be placed in Bathrooms, Ensuites, Laundries or any areas of high moisture. Highly changeable
