Delivery & Pick Up Options

  • Free pick up available from our Blackburn showroom
  • Delivery within most Metro areas available for Vic, SA, NSW & Qld for $80.  Trucks must be able to access the street.  If there is restricted access there may be additional costs charged. 
  • Delivery to rest of Australia metro areas available by request

      Change of Mind Returns

      When buying rugs stocked in our showroom, should you change your mind, we are happy for you to return it within 7 days of purchase.  For all other special orders there are no returns for change of mind.

      Customer must provide proof of purchase and cover the cost of return shipping. 

      For change of mind returns there is a 33% restocking fee charged by our supplier to be paid by the customer.

      All returned product(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. Any items that are not returned to us in the original packaging and/or in original condition will incur an additional handling fee (deducted from your refund). This also includes not packing the item up sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please use the packing material the item was sent with or contact us to get more advice on this.

      For rugs purchased without packing; you are welcome to lay out the rug to test if it suits your room but please do not let it get dirty or damaged, NO SIGNS OF PET OR HUMAN USE.

      Items that are "Not Eligible" for change of mind returns:  Underlays or Clearance/On Sale rugs. 

      Damaged/Faulty Items

      If your rug arrives damaged then please refuse the delivery from the courier.

      If you notice that it's damaged once it's opened, you must contact us within 7 days.  The item must be returned to us before we can send a replacement.  A full refund will be issued if no stock is available to exchange.
