What is Spotted Gum timber flooring?

Spotted Gum herringbone engineered hardwood is premium grade timber which comes from managed forests and is milled to meet our stringent grading requirements.  The wear layers combine the classic features of our Australian Eucalyptus bonded onto an ever reliable Plywood core. This creates an authentic Australia timber visual with the associated stability and durability of an engineered timber construction.

The manufacturing of engineered flooring is designed to be more resource efficient using up to 2/3 less of our valuable timber resource when compared to solid timber floors.

The engineered construction provides dimensional accuracy and stability with a wear layer designed to last for centuries.  Extremely stable with excellent wear resistance. Wear layer can be refurbished when required.

Where can Spotted Gum engineered flooring be used?

The popular Spotted Gum herringbone creates a sense of grandeur within your home.  It is suitable for all areas of the home, excluding wet areas.

We recommend direct adhesive installation only.

Spotted Gum flooring durability and maintenance

A hardwood with a Janka hardwood rating of 11kN, it’s a highly resilient and durable flooring option exuding raw, natural beauty.
