What is Saltern Oak timber flooring?
Saltern Oak engineered hardwood is premium grade European Oak which comes from managed forests and is milled to meet our stringent grading requirements. The latest German machinery is used to produce precision engineered flooring that will stand the test of time.
Saltern Oak flooring consists of a layer of natural solid wood on top of a base of high-quality plywood. Engineered flooring is increasingly demanded by designers in both residential and commercial spaces due to ease of installation, durability, versatile design ranges, aesthetic appearance and cost-effectiveness resulting from long durability.
Engineered Hardwood is proven to be more resistant to variations of moisture and temperature than solid wood floors because of the stable base of high-quality plywood layers which also helps to avoid gaping and peaking.

Parquetry is the decoratively patterned flooring created from a mosaic of timber pieces, and can add timeless beauty and sophistication to any home. It is suitable for all areas of the home or office, excluding wet areas.
We recommend direct adhesive installation only. Not suitable for floating floor installation.
