What is Honeydew Oak timber flooring?

Honeydew Oak engineered hardwood is premium grade European Oak.

European Oak flooring consists of a layer of natural solid wood on top of a base of high-quality plywood. Engineered flooring is increasingly demanded by designers in both residential and commercial spaces due to ease of installation, durability, versatile design ranges, aesthetic appearance and cost-effectiveness resulting from long durability.

Engineered Hardwood is proven to be more resistant to variations of moisture and temperature than solid wood floors because of the stable base of high-quality plywood layers which also helps to avoid gaping and peaking.

Where can Honeydew Oak engineered flooring be used?

It is suitable for all areas of the home, excluding wet areas.  It can be installed over in slab heating.

A hardwood with a Janka hardwood rating of 7kN, it’s a highly resilient and durable flooring option. The water-based UV Lacquer enhances the timber’s raw natural appearance, whilst providing superior protection from daily wear.

We recommend using the Bona cleaning products on your new timber flooring.  Bona floor cleaning products are made in Sweden and include ranges which are designed specifically for timber flooring.
